- Subject to compliance with these Terms, ReCloud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Project Mitra solely for your personal, educational, or non-commercial use.

You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software;
- Circumvent any technical limitations or access restrictions;
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Use automated tools to extract or harvest data;
- Share your access credentials with any third party.

User Content and Intellectual Property
- You may create, edit, and download academic projects through Project Mitra. All such content remains your responsibility.
- Ownership and Copyright: All intellectual property, including the created projects and deliverables, shall be the sole property of ReCloud Consulting Private Limited. By using the platform, you irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in and to such User Content to ReCloud, including any copyrights.
- You agree that ReCloud may use, store, reproduce, adapt, and modify User Content for the purposes of maintaining the Service, improving our offerings, or for research and educational use, subject to applicable laws.
- You confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights and does not violate any law.

Fees and Payment Terms
- Access to Project Mitra may be subject to fees, as specified during registration or on the website. You agree to pay all applicable charges.
- All fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly mentioned in a separate Refund Policy.
- ReCloud reserves the right to modify pricing and will provide prior notice of any changes.

Termination
- You may terminate your use of Project Mitra at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

- You engage in fraudulent or unlawful behavior;
- We discontinue the Service for business or legal reasons.
- Upon termination, your access to Project Mitra and your data may be permanently deleted. Certain provisions, such as intellectual property rights and indemnity, shall survive termination.

- Your use of Project Mitra;
- Your violation of these Terms;

- We reserve the right to change or discontinue any feature of Project Mitra without notice.
- We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government orders, natural disasters, or internet failures.

Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ReCloud concerning Project Mitra.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain enforceable.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without prior written consent.
